Competition. Durango, Bilbao (2006)

The new Civic Center is presented as the face of the neighborhood. A large window framed by the red concrete building makes visible from the city and the expressway the name of the neighborhood and the activities that take place in the community facilities. In the interior, the neighbors wrap these activities. The multipurpose room is the center of public expressions, the grandstand and social center, which comes from the unfolding of one of its walls, surround it. The accesses are exterior, being perceived as an extension of the street.
