There are two levels, one entrance to the lower level, and one main level contains the living areas and the pool.

The arrival to the house takes place through the remains of an existing building in the lower part of the plot, the starts of its walls and a large rock are used as access zone. Towards this area, the house opens two gaps, the entrance, which is protected by a concrete overhang, and a window seat that allows a panoramic view over Bueu from the master bedroom.

In the main floor, the volume is drilled on two of its fronts, north and south, making the main room an area of union between the sunny areas and the sea, which in this way has a strong presence throughout this level.
